Arnot Mall is a super-regional shopping center located in the southern tier of New York State just off of I-86, Exit 51A. Shoppers can easily drive to the mall from Olean and Jamestown from the west and Binghamton and Owego from the east. The mall is convenient to shoppers north of Ithaca and from the northern tier of Pennsylvania.

The Finger Lakes Falcons organization's new training facility is in the Arnot Mall. The Falcons Training Facility, formerly occupied by the First Tee, provides the growing Falcons organization with 22,000 square feet for training activities. The Falcons facility boasts multiple full-size batting cages, pitching lanes, and tee stations to go along with the sizable infield space.

The Chemung County Sports Hall of Fame was organized in 2000. The Chemung County Sports Hall of Fame replaced the Elmira Sports Hall of Fame, which dissolved in 1985. All of the plaques from the former Elmira Hall of Fame were moved to the new Chemung County Sports Hall of Fame Suite at the Arnot Mall. The Hall of Fame Suite has displays honoring Southside High School, Elmira Free Academy, Notre Dame, Thomas A. Edison and Horseheads, in addition to a special display honoring Ernie Davis. 
 
The Chemung County Sports Hall of Fame celebrated the 50th anniversary of Ernie Davis' Heisman Trophy win with a special event at the hall of fame located in Arnot Mall near the cinema entrance Dec, 8, 2011. 
 
The Hall of Fame had a replica of the Heisman Trophy on display and visitors had their photo taken with the award. Also, the 1960 Cotton Bowl and the 1961 Liberty Bowl was shown.

Hwar Do is a combination martial arts. This approach of combining the strengths of multiple martial styles makes for a well-rounded student who is better able to defend him- or herself. Many people train for its health benefits. Because Hwar Do utilizes the whole body, it increases vitality of the whole body, maximizing strength and muscle tone, flexibility, cardiovascular, and respiratory fitness. This unique curriculum, with its step-by-step progression, allows everyone to learn in the manner best for him or her, regardless of age, gender, or current fitness level. Hwar Do creates a strong and healthy body capable of a wide range of motion, speed, and activities. It enables one not only to defend oneself but also teaches the mind and body to stay centered, to move energy through them, to act appropriately, and to maintain health so that one my thoroughly enjoy life and live productively.

Vinyasa (flow) Yoga includes a variety of Yoga postures creatively put together to form a flowing sequence.  Class format includes centering, warm-up, work phase, balance, stretching and culminates with relaxation.  Regular participation will help to lengthen and strengthen your body, promote body awareness and aid in developing greater union between mind, body and breath.
